MIKE'S AUTO SALES

I met with Mr. [redacted] about the sale of my 2000 Chevrolet pick-up truck.  I was selling it for $7295.  I required a $300 nonrefundable cash deposit which was also noted as nonrefundable on the receipt I gave to Mr. [redacted] in order for me to hold the truck for him while the check he said he...

had received from his insurance company cleared.  I agreed to wait until the check cleared and took my truck off the sales market.  He called the next day and said that there were some problems and that he no longer could purchase the truck.  I did find out that he had purchased another truck.  I was unable to meet with another caller about the truck since he had also purchased another truck.  I am out all together.  I clearly stated and wrote on the receipt of the deposit that it was nonrefundable and I have lost sales to another due to my holding this truck for Mr. [redacted].  As of today, 11/10/2017, I still have the truck for sale.

Please note.  There is no warranty on any vehicles sold at Mike's Auto Sales.  Enclosed paper work on said vehicle.
