There was no way to make all of the repairs requested with the funds that was available We was told to make the most important repairs, and that is what we did

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They told us they were going to fix it they just didnt want to pay for a drive shaft, but they had already gotten paid at that point so they had the money, we have people needing to get to work, we need our vehicle fixed, most of the discussion they said they had with us never happened because they never returned our calls, even a partial refund would be better than anything, they took our money and did not fix our vehicle, all I want is my vehicle fixed to be safe Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: When I orginally called about my vehicle they told me they could get it in and repaired in a few days, I realize that the bank would not cover all of the estimate that Mikes auto sent them but the two important things were not taken care of to make the vehicle safe, that is the drive shaft and combination switch to make the lights work, so we had no rear lights and afraid to drive it because the noise under the vehicle was worse and we had no idea what was wrong.  Mikes gave us their opinions of what was wrong but never anything definite, he also said we didnt need a drive shaft then he test drove it and said it wasnt safe to drive, I went weeks without a vehicle all he had to do was repair the main things to keep it safe and I would have felt the 700 dollars was fair, but he only did a seal on rear axel and anitifreeze the parts were barely over 120, the rest was labor, in my opinion I think if my bank had paid for all of the repairs he would have fixed it but since we had to bump it down to the bare necessities maybe they didnt feel it was worth their time.  We called them every day but they never returned our calls, they always said they would call us back then told us they were extremely busy, I was a customer too and my vehicle needed repair and still does.

Tell us why here...We Responded to this customer even though she had  slandered us all over Facebook. She needed over $3000.00 worth of repairs. We repaired the axle seals and the water leak to try to get the vehicle safe enough to drive. We informed the customer the vehicle was...

not worth repairing before we started any repairs. She  could not afford another vehicle, so we repaired the most important issues to keep from damaging her engine and rear end. There is no reason for this complaint, she was asking for us to make repairs at our expense and we can not afford to stay in business that way.
