Mike's Collision

After I jumped the curb and landed in the median strip, I contacted Mike to do the repairs. My 2001 Viper needed frame and body work done to the fiberglass hood, door and both rocker panels. In several weeks Mike completed the work beyond me expectations! The car looked better after Mike fixed it than before. His paint shop also did a great job. He also fixed my weak AC unit and corrected the driver's door so it closed better, all at no charge! In 2 years since the accident, the car is still very solid, no rattles and the AC still works. I plan to take the Viper back to Mike in the near future for more extras. I have recommended him to many people for body work.

First and foremost, I would like to say Mike’s Collision has the absolute best customer service that I have ever seen at any business. In September of 2015 I had to have a shop do some suspension repair on my 2005 Lancer. I took it to three other shops to get an estimate. Mike’s Collision was the last shop that I got an estimate. Mike’s Collision was the only shop that was upfront about cost and time. Mike the owner was the one that I spoke with and he even showed me around the shop, where my car would be. After talking, he told me the estimate for the cost and time. He was very honest and upfront. All said and done Mike came under budget and under time with a great quality of work. He would periodically call to update me about the repair. About six months later my car experienced another problem with the suspension. I took it back to Mike and the same quality of customer care was given. He fixed the problem without blame. This is the only shop that I will be returning to in the future.
