They don't offer any satisfaction warranty, the products are very bad quality, the only good thing is the shopping time it took only 1 week to get my package, But I sold it for $[redacted] but it cost me $[redacted] becouse They don't accept retourn of the box is open, so when I opened I realized it was garbage with a good looking costume !!
Don't buy here

Absolutely terrible customer service and unfriendly. I was just inquiring about buying a very expensive video card and their customer service is just automated copy paste responses. I'm not even sure if they read their emails just copy paste answers that I didn't ask.

I'm surprised a company like this would use such cheap customer service and loose sales like mine. I was trying to buy a 800$ video card my business should not have been irrevant to them.

I have 2 x $200 EnGenius access points that have not stayed stable since day 1;
$400 worth of equipment that Mike's won't accept back because apparently I have to deal with EnGenius directly and RMA them. One is out of warranty (which I accept although am not happy that we cannot expect these devices to last > 1 year) but the other will require phone calls, online forms and shipping costs..etc...pure hassle!
I'm waiting for a call back from EnGenius Canada, but reading their returns policy, it says I'm liable for shipping fee..and also mentions a possible restocking fee...also they will not guarantee how long it will take....Nice customer service if I am relying on that for your business....unless you want to pay "A $179 non-refundable fee will be applied to each of advance replacement units" - Wow! The unit is only worth $200
Also, I must accepts their terms before I can submit the device for RMA - and a potential $55 fee is they cannot replicate the issue - Otherwise I suppose my AP will be held hostage until I pay the fee, and likely return shipping - That's another chance I have to waste more money, yet be without WiFi.
Maybe that's pretty standard, but, if so, the standard is wrong. If I buy from a store and it's faulty, they should allow me bring it back in exchange for a working unit. Simple and hassle free.

When buying stuff from Mike's you can opt to pay a fee so that if you want to return it there, you can...but that costs more money of course.

I found them personable to deal with and understand that they are known to give off a little attitude, but that's because I understand how customers can be unreasonable and difficult - I used to work in IT. In fact the last few times I was in there there were grumpy old guys complaining about their computers not being ready, etc...although maybe they had just cause...I can't say.

When all is said and done the situation is this: I have 2 useless access points,
I don't expect any resolution to this, but I look after IT issues for most of my friends, my own employer's office, and the public hall where these AP's are located, and I will never buy anything from Mike's again.
