Dear [redacted], Your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com was received by Bethpage Federal Credit Union (“Bethpage”). I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced in regards to not having...

access to your online banking (OLB). At this time, your recent password issue should be resolved: • On August *, 2016 you spoke with an Assistant Manager, Laurie, in our contact center regarding your OLB access;
• Laurie successfully reset your OLB credentials in order to provide you access to your accounts;
• When relaying the OLB information to you, you informed Laurie that you were driving and requested a call back;
• At 3:00 P.M., also on August *, 2016, service representative Darryl reached out to you to provide you with your OLB username and password. You were unavailable at this time so he left his name and extension for you to call back. If you are still having issues with your OLB credentials, please contact us so we can restore your access. Additionally, we have reviewed the other issues you described in your letter and will be addressing all concerns with the appropriate management teams and representatives. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention for appropriate remedial action.
Again, I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and hope this letter explains Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s efforts and actions. Regards,

 [redacted] did not receive a payoff letter from Fusion Auto. [redacted] made several attempts with Fusion and Bethpage to get the letter.  Bethpage sent the letter to [redacted] with the Payoff amount of $33165.39 which I faxes a copy over to the Revdex.com fax# ###-###-####... there wasn't any other letter sent to [redacted]. Myself has tried with Fusion and Bethpage and Fusion has referred me back to Bethpage because they were the one I was sending my payments to. I never dealt with Fusion until this accident.  Please also contact [redacted] at ###-###-#### and they would tell you whom they received a payoff letter from. I have never came across a letter from Fusion nor has [redacted] received a letter from Fusion.  The letter [redacted] has received was from Bethpage in that amount the check was sent for.  Please find the fax copy of the payoff letter so that you can see what I am referring to...  Again [redacted] tried several times to get a payoff letter from Fusion and Bethpage until finally Bethpage sent one...   Thank you

Dear [redacted],
Your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com was received by Bethpage Federal Credit Union (“Bethpage”). I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
As a courtesy, the $20 late fee assessed on your loan account was waived and the funds were deposited...

back into your checking account on 11/**/15.
Members are currently unable to pay down or payoff their loan online as there may be additional charges; we ask members to call so we can fully verify the amount with them and review the additional charges/fees if applicable. The loan account section of the Bethpage Online Banking profile contains a payoff calculator for members which contains a note that states, “This payoff is an estimate and does not include any applicable fees. For Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity Loans, please call ###-###-#### to verify payoff figure.” We may offer the option to pay down or payoff a loan online in the future but it is currently noted online that members call if they would like to do either of these.
I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and hope this letter explains Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s efforts and actions.

Dear [redacted],
Your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com was received by Bethpage Federal Credit Union (“Bethpage”). I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
A Bethpage representative contacted [redacted] on 1/**/2015 and confirmed that the settlement amount on file with [redacted] for your vehicle was $36,525.00. [redacted] received a payoff letter in the amount of $33,165.39, in which payment was received by us on 3/**/2015. [redacted] mailed you a check for the difference in the amount of $3,359.61 to be submitted to us; these funds were never received and we were unable to pay off your loan. The current amount owed on your vehicle is $1,965.45, which by our records after speaking with [redacted], you are responsible for. This payoff amount is good through 1/**/2016.

On 2/*/2015, Fusion Auto Finance (“Fusion”) quoted a payoff for your leased vehicle in the amount of...

$35,562.12. On 3/**/2015 we received a check from [redacted] in the amount of $33,165.39. Your GAP claim was denied as the full [redacted] settlement was not received; you received additional funds directly from [redacted] towards your loan which were never submitted to us. As you are responsible for the remaining balance of your leased vehicle, you may contact Fusion at ###-###-#### for a payoff quote. I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and hope this letter explains Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s efforts and actions.

I accept this response, only due to Ms. Pat S[redacted] helping me. Please note most of what was included in the response was not accurate. The first payoff letter was postmarked [redacted], not 7/**. I have the letter. I received it [redacted]. I never received the second payoff letter, however I did get a quote over the phone on [redacted] after 4* mins. I called the number provided today and left a message for Kelly, but never heard back. For now this is fine. If I do not receive the payoff/satisfaction letter, I will have to reach out again.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hi [redacted],I contacted [redacted] today and spoke with Russ T[redacted] he is a Lien holder specialist.  I expresses your message to him about claiming that I supposed to send the check to Bethpage. The is all misleading information and I an being accused for something that did not transpire.  As per Russ they spoke with Bethpage representat I've Justine on 2/*/2015@ 2:52p.m. and he/she authorized [redacted] to send the remaining equity to the customer because a payoff letter in the amount of 33,165.95 was sent to [redacted] to Satisfy the loan and release the title.  I was told by [redacted] that the remaining of the check was going to be sent to me and was never told that I had to send it to Bethpage.  Which would not make sense because [redacted] would have sent the entire amount owed to Bethpage instead of releasing the remaining amount to me especially when the vehicle is leased and I did not pay taxes upfront.  The payoff letter that was sent to [redacted] was also signed by April H[redacted] who is one of the executive at Bethpage.  If Bethpage gave [redacted] a settlement amount of $36,522 why was that amount not stated on the letter?  My credit has been hurting for 1 year now and someone has to take responsibility for this.  This is not fair and there is a lot of misleading information going back and forth. Marilyn Lehrer I faxed the payoff letter to fax# ###-###-#### did you receive this letter?  I would also like for if Revdex.com can contact [redacted] and hear their side of the story because you are only getting one side of this story.  The phone# to [redacted] claims is ###-###-#### my claim# is [redacted] and ask to speak with Russ T[redacted]. I also asked him to note everything we spoke about.  [redacted],Please from out from Justine about this conversation with [redacted] on the date said.  I am sure Bethpage has conversations recorded and so do [redacted].  I will also be contacting you along with [redacted] so that someone can resolve this situation.  If this is not going to get resolved I would have to take the next step into legal action.  Thank you.[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Bethpage has submitted a false statement. When I spoke to Laurie I did not ever tell her I was driving, nor did I imply that I was driving. I don't even own a car nor do I have a driver's license. Again, in the complaint I mentioned that Bethpage employees lie repeatedly and their false response only confirm this. Laurie stated she would call back and did not. The person who did call, called from a private number therefore I had no way of knowing who he was or where he was calling from. The person who called me from the private number may have been Darryl. He lied and said Laurie had a "medical emergency" and could not return my call. Laurie also stated an "IT" person would be calling to fix the problem, and she also stated that she would remove a password that was added to my account without my knowledge. No It person called and the password was not removed from my again. The repeated lies from Bethpage is unacceptable. Since all calls are recorded, it can be played back for verification. An investigation should be conducted on Bethpage, they are not transparent in their business practices and highly unethical.

Dear [redacted], Your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com was received by Bethpage Federal Credit Union. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and resolve your complaint. Upon review of your complaint I must note that the deposit was not a direct deposit but a...

deposit made at the [redacted] ATM. In addition, the check deposited was a starter check drawn on [redacted] that was returned “Refer to Maker” due to the illegible maker’s mark.  When the full amount of the check was returned for $800 on 4/**, your account went negative and we were able to cover that account by pulling funds from a Custodial account linked to your name. Due to the fact that we were able to cover the negative balance, your accounts were not closed and are still open and active. However, your [redacted]/ATM privileges have been revoked due to the fraudulent activity at the ATM machine.  You were contacted regarding this activity and mailed a letter explaining your account changes as well.  I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and hope this letter explains Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s efforts and actions. Dear [redacted], Your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com was received by Bethpage Federal Credit Union. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and resolve your complaint. Your account was reimbursed a total of $10 for the 4 separate ATM service charge fees that...

you were charged.  Upon review of your complaint I must note that the surcharge is from [redacted], as some [redacted] locations are exempt from the surcharge-free network, in agreement with the Town of Islip, and can charge an ATM fee. These specific locations do not have the Co-op logo displayed on the ATM (red triangle that says co-op). Bethpage does not have any control over these ATMs, their locations, or when they charge a fee. We update our website, [redacted], daily to best reflect the most current list of surcharge-free ATMs. Please be sure to check our website for a full list of surcharge-free ATMs, check for the Co-op logo when you’re at the ATM (must be displayed to be surcharge-free), and check your receipt after each transaction. I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and hope this letter explains Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s efforts and actions. Regards, [redacted]
