Review: I had a vehicle drivers door window glass replaced due to breakage. When I went to pickup the door from the repair shop I noticed that the window crank lever splines had been striped and I was unable to operate the window crank properly. This window crank was working correctly before the repair and I had no problems with the crank in the past. When I took the door back to Mikes Glass the owner denied having anything to do with the window crank and said he was not buying me a new window crank handle. He was very unpleasant to deal with and just told me to live with the problem he caused and buy my own window crank. Considering the fact it was not broken to start with and I paid $175.82 for the repair it would seem to me he would replace a $10.00 part his company damaged. This is poor customer service in my opinion and I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.Desired Settlement: Replace the damaged window crank handle.
