Task Rabbit said they were refunding us, however, it has been more than a week and we have not received a refund or notice of a refund from our bank or from Task Rabbit.  Would you please let us know what we should do?  We would appreciate your help!

I have already stopped the claim with my bank and am not being refunded through them, which is why I came here. I never heard back from anyone at taskrabbit. Please contact me directly to issue the refund then. Thank you!

able to reactivate his account. We have contacted the Client several times over the last few weeks to ensure that he received notice that his account is back in good standing. We have not heard back from the Client, but will continue to reach out to ensure a positive customer service experience. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The proposed solution of giving me a 2 hour credit (at max $60/hour) will not cover the cost of hiring a new tasker to repair & paint 2 walls, provide supplies, and reinstall the picture. Furthermore, most taskers cost more than $60/hour. I refuse to pay anything additional out of pocket for work that was done incorrectly due to TaskRabbit’s negligence in vetting their tasker. Sincerely,[redacted]
