After reviewing your letter that was mailed to us regarding to a complaint that has been submitted to...

your organization I would like to respond and correct this issue immediately. The item purchased by the customer's husband is a product that is widely favored by our ethnic customers. The reason that our sales associate did not refund this item is because there was absolutely nothing wrong with this product other than the fact that the customer's wife did not like the taste of it. This product was not "rancid" like described by the customer's wife in the complaint.
Since we are a small family run business we do not offer a "no questions asked return policy" like most other larger business. We simply would not be able to to stay in business if we returned every item that did not satisfy a particular customer's taste requirement. This was simply a misunderstanding with the product that the customer purchased. We have never had a issue with this product in the past since this is a dry-cured and smoked "ready to eat" bacon. Since this is not a raw meat product it is nearly impossible for this product to become "rancid" even if it is left unrefrigerated for a long period of time.
Without going into further detail we would like to offer the customer a full refund and we apologize for any dissatisfaction that the customer has experience with our company or our products.  In order to resolve this issue we would like to mail the customer a check for a full refund in the amount of $10.59.
Please let us know if we need to contact the customer directly or if your organization will do that for us. We strive everyday to keep our customers fully satisfied and we intend to continue operating our business with that in mind.

I represent some commercial property owners in nearby Magnolia, AR. 71753.
I got Mike's Lock and Key from a local Ace Hardware store and called to get a
commercial tenant's front door lock fixed.
Mike's Lock and Key did fix the lock, cleaned and repinned so that it was in working
order.
However, when I got the bill, we were charged driving time of 2 hours at $55 per hr.
plus labor of 1 hour of $55 per hr. Subtotal of $165 Plus tax of $18.56 = $183.56,
and this repair was not even a new lock. No warranty on the repinned lock either.
I talked to the owner, because the driving time to Magnolia from Camden is 1Hr 36
min. max. He did bring someone with him so there were 2 people who shared the
total amt. billed. We did not resolve the issue, I mailed to total payment and it does
not surprise me to read that Mike's Lock and Key is not Revdex.com Accredited.
