I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] charged to my [redacted] card a "RESTOCKING FEE" . The receipt for this charge was given directly to [redacted] and it clearly listed the charge as a RESTOCKING FEE. [redacted] said he would contact [redacted] and have them reverse the fee or pay it himself. Regardless of who the fee originated from it was a fee charged to me due to Mikes misdiagnosis of the vehicle.

[redacted] in Strongsville to purchase the motor.  They were charging him our cost on the motor. There was no restocking fee. The fee was charged [redacted]. It turned out to be something else and he canceled the purchase the same day with [redacted]. The motor was never even shipped to our business. The charges were from his credit card company. We were not involved in that transaction. He should take the issue up with **. Had he paid by cash or check, there would have been no fee. ** should have refunded the money because the transaction was canceled. We made the repairs to the vehicle and he paid the bill.
