I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They don't need to block any future orders because I will never buy there again.  They initially emailed me back...

right away, which is why I praised them for customer service.  Then a few minutes later when I decided against this purchase they ignored my emails, phone calls and any other communications.  This is why I went to PayPal to protect myself because they immediately became unresponsive to me after mentioning I wanted to void or cancel my order.  It's obvious, they were there and just chose not to respond once they realized I wanted to cancel.If they would have the same customer service for problems as they do with taking monies then this would have never escalated.  They can blame the customer all they want but this clearly was in their court to handle promptly and in my opinion they did not.  The chose to ignore me so I sought help from PayPal and the Revdex.com.  Thank [redacted] I did.
