We received ** [redacted] parts through a third party in Washington State after confirming with [redacted] what he wanted done with the parts we continued to fill his request about days after we confirmed what he wanted done [redacted] text [redacted] and change the color on one of the frames after it was already paintedAt that time we did not notify him that the frame was already painted because in a business sometimes these things happen and we sandblasted and repainted the frame again in his colorHis order included painting hubs and backing plates which is not for these motorcycles but again in this business some people want strange things we painted the hubs and backing plates his color choice and the others were polished like he wanted [redacted] was asked if he wanted the hubs rebuilt which included all new hardware bead blasting inside and out new bearings new brakes and he declined that serviceWe invoiced him for the painting of one frame and the hubs in order to recoup some of our money and we continued the work on his second frameAbout days later without a response he emailed us and told us that he had just bought a new truck and we would have to wait approximately weeks to be paidAfter waiting the weeks [redacted] finally paid us by Bill Pay and we ship him his two frames and boxes of other partsAt this time he complained that the hubs were not bead blasted on the inside and we informed him that he declined the rebuild service and that when polishing backing plates the insides are never blasted because of the extra labor involved in polishing the front side due to the sand hitting the outside of the plateHe also complained that there were not new Vin plates installed on the frame which we informed him was against federal regulations and he did not seem to care he still thought there should be new Vin plates installedHe also complained about a couple of chips that were in the paint and we have photographic proof that they were not there when they left our premises he also sent pictures of blemishes in the paint that he was unhappy withAt that time he did not ask how or if they could be repaired all he wanted was a refundAfter looking at the blemishes in the paint we determined that if we repainted both frames they would still have blemishes in them that would not satisfy [redacted] we told him that we felt his expectations exceeded our ability and that was the quality of our paint workNowhere on our website or Facebook is there a warranty or a guarantee for any work performed we told him that at dollars we were percent below the national average for painting these frames and there was a reason why he chose us [redacted] was aggressive and hostile towards us in his text messages and emails and he also posted pictures on local forums showing what he thought was inferior workOnly after we informed him that we were going to do nothing about his frames did his attitude change and he asked what we could do to help himIn conclusion we are not going to help [redacted] with his frames and want no further contact with the manIf you look at our Facebook page you will see that we have nothing but compliments on our work and sometimes there are people that we we cannot satisfy no matter what we try to do unfortunately he seems to be one of themThank you and safe riding, [redacted]

Only after we informed him that we were going to do nothing about his frames did his attitude change and he asked what we could do to help him. In conclusion we are not going to help [redacted] with his frames and want no further contact with the man.
