Review: Hello! I have been scammed...it sounds like [redacted] is still at it and has even appeared on Call Curtis already! Wish I would've known!...I located a mobile auto glass business online '[redacted]'s Mobile Glass'. It gave a [redacted] address at [redacted] a business license and phone number. I called the number, they came and installed a 1/4 glass window on my son's 2001 civic (someone had tried to break into it on Sunday, breaking the window! What a lucky week we're having!) They were sketchy when they showed up; asking for an extension cord, a broom and two glasses of ice water!!.....but, being the co-dependent nurse that I am, I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. Hey, they were doing an honest days work, eh? The window did not seem to fit from the get-go--they [redacted] promised me it would 'when the glue dried' and that he 'guaranteed 100% not to leak!' Forward 24 hours...glue retracted, could see AROUND window INTO the car! I called their numbers, no calls back. Eventually,I find out that [redacted] and '[redacted]' are also using aliases [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]! [redacted] is really someone named [redacted] (per your show) who has hijacked [redacted]'s mobile glass and [redacted]'s Mobile glass websites and inserted his own cell number somehow!!! I got in touch with a '[redacted]' in Rocklin, from Mike's Mobile Glass, who told me about [redacted] and your show. He said he had sold him a website. (??) They are using someone named [redacted] old business license number, which is delinquent by almost 2 years. I don't know if these guys are really [redacted] or Muhammed. But I do know that one of the two guys that came to my house is the same guy on the Call Curtis video I pulled up online. Of course, we called the bank as soon as we knew Wed am, but check was cashed quickly! The bank is researching the bank/acct where it was deposited. Receipt they gave me is for "MMG Auto Glass" with PO Box in Colusa! I took pictures, I've had it repaired properly by Northern CA Pro's, who indicated that whoever put this window in didn't know what they were doing AT ALL and that the window they installed isn't even the right window! I have made a verbal report to [redacted] at the Automotive Repair Bureau and will complete a formal complaint online to them and the Revdex.com as well. I know my $217.95 is long gone...but, I would love to use another number and arrange to meet these guys and get them on camera again to warn others! Thank you for all you do, [redacted]

I would like someone to investigate this person who is fraudulently advertising on the internet, using ficticious business names, delinquent licenses (don't even know if they are this person's licese or not) and they are putting UNSAFE vehicles on the road by improperly installing automobile windows. They have appeared on television on 'Call Kurtis' and the man on the online video is the man who came to my house too. I know of 3 phone numbers he answers: XXX-XXXX XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXXX

Review: They replaced a windshield for us on Aug 6, 2012. We began calling about a month after that, they never returned calls. The windshield leaks.

Windshield leaks. We called at least 10 times during this time and no one returned calls. I know is a little over a year, still no phone call from them. Desired Settlement: This has been going on for over a year. Won't call us back. Still have receipt for the work they did. Want my money back

Review: They installed glass on my auto. They broke the brackets and did not return to solve the issue and also did not call back. Have hung up phone and just not cooperative. Desired Settlement: Return/Refund money for the glass. Also $200.00 money for the brackets.
