I started work on [redacted] and [redacted] mobile home on 4/15/13. I two Proposals that outlined work to be performed for the Kichen, Dining,Utility and Bathroom areas. I went over these two proposals specifically With them before starting the work. It shows how we were going to cut the carpet in the dining area (line 2 of nature of service) remove it so we could eventually install linoleum as outlined..This area of carpet and pad was so badly worn out and pad crumbling away that even the insurance company would not give them any credit for replacement whatsoever. The new linoleum was to be installed from utility room thru kitchen
