I purchased a product from Mikes on April 18th, I then attempted to contact them when I had not received it by May 9th and ask for tracking information I received no response. I sent subsequent emails on May 18th and June 6th and still no response.[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of the cost of the item as well as any shipping charges.Business Response I have talked with the complainant and am in the process of issuing a full refund.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)The business owner has said they will provide a full refund. To date I have not received the refund though.Final Consumer Response It's been a month since a refund was promised but the refund still hasn't been completed.
