complaint. We have refunded her a check for the amount of $60.00. That amount was the charge that another person or plumber charged, even though Ms [redacted] did not have a receipt. We normally ask for a receipt when refunding an amount, however due to our staff misplacing a work order we felt that she had reason to call someone else. We did speak to her about how coupons are applied and also about our Company policy regarding “ Our Promise “ and explained how we handle these situations. Ms. [redacted] was appreciative of the returned call.  In regards to the delay in handling this call personally had to do with being away for about 3 weeks on personal matters. We hope to retrieve these calls in a timely manner and certainly appreciate the opportunity to resolve these issues with not only our Customers but with the Revdex.com. Sincerely, Mike Jr
