I have been using Mike's Professional Lawn Care since They are very professional and do an excellent job I have always loved cutting my grass and fertilizing it I did not have time to do this I am very particular when it comes to my lawn Mike's has never let me down Excellent Lawn Care Company!

Review: We finished with this companies services in the fall and were aware we owed them money and were planning on paying on them as soon as we could after the holidays. After the holidays came they sent us an email saying we owed them for the entire 6 months of lawncare claiming we did not pay them anything. After being threatened with turning us over to their legal department and collections I had to go into my bank account to show them proof we paid them something. Why should I have to do this? How did they not have proof? So after I did that I showed them what we actually owed and told them I would be mailing them a money order as I didn't want to pay with my cc because I was afraid they would charge me the full amount of what they were saying I owed not accounting for what we already paid for their lawn services. So they sent me another email saying the same thing asking me for proof. How did they not get it? So I sent them another email and then they recognized they had made a mistake someone wasn't writing down their payments is what they told me in an email as I have proof of this not so great business practice. So I did send them out a payment for the entire amount owed minus what we already paid via cashiers check from my bank. I mailed it overnight with a sign slip so I knew they got it. Fast fwd a month and I JUST got another email from them stating that we owe them money? What is wrong with this company? I emailed them back just now telling them we made a final payment, wrote final payment on the check for the amount that was owed and that they even signed for it!! Also in this email they again threaten to turn us over to collections. Everything has been paid I have proof of everything! They also did tell me in an email they were being audited. I am heading to my bank this morning to check and see if they have cashed the cashiers check to see if they are just trying to get more money out of me or what is going on.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why they are not accepting my payment? How are they still in business? What I would really like is an apology letter for dropping the ball on running their business and harassing me. It truly is not my problem if they cant keep track of payments. I would also like included in the apology letter a note explaining that we do not owe them anymore money and that we are paid in full. I would also like for them to not contact me any further after I receive that letter.

This letter is to inform the Revdex.com of the outcome of services provided by Mikes Professional Lawn Care and [redacted] residing at [redacted] PA.[redacted] signed up and agreed to service and a MONTHLY service price for all services rendered. Mikes Pro Lawn Care provided all services and complied with said agreement and upheld all contractual obligations on our end. [redacted] was billed accordingly and had not paid her bill in a timely matter. Terms were to be due on receipt and received by us within 10 days. During the time [redacted] was a client, she had not complied with our pet waste policy, nor was she paying her invoices. We continued to service the property at [redacted] during the mowing season of 2013. It was not until we resulted to contacting legal counsel, that [redacted] reluctantly paid her invoices. We told her about her pet waste problem, about her delinquent payments and that we were not interested in renewing services with her. She finally did send payment for many back months of service in the form of a money order, which doesn't log in our system the same as credit card purchases (our preferred payment method). [redacted] had received a reminder" to pay her long past due bill after the money order had been issued. This is what has prompted the above complaint. After an initial email with our office, she was told verbatim we apologize if you had a bad experience, but we also have had a bad experience. It seems as though this matter reached its resolution (per the complainant, wanting an apology issued) before the Revdex.com was involved, and this was simply misuse of your agency as a means of retaliation. We held up our end, [redacted] was a neglectful customer, both in payment and proper procedure for having property maintenance services rendered.Regards,

To Whom It May Concern:
I strongly do not recommend using this company for any services. My lawn is a little over an acre. I signed up for monthly billing to my credit card and was billed for two (2) months and Mike's PLC has only serviced the property on one visit. The one visit they did not service the whole property, and now I have grass in some areas over 24 inches high. After calling and text messaging for two weeks I finally got a call back promising to service the property that day. Again, no one showed up until the following day and again did not service the entire property as agreed upon. I am now disputing charges and wasting my time with this. My experience is that he tries to sign customers up on auto-pay, so he can bill as he sees fit without providing the services as agreed upon.
