No no no no no.. Let's back up a bit, shall we?In my original conversation with you, I firmly told you I am not concerned with the pre-existing spot that has grass coming through, that had nothing to do with you. What you are completely ignoring are the several scratches, dents, imprints, and the 4 foot crack on the edge that were never there before.. I've got about 20 pics of the damage you caused.You've seemed to leave out the part from when you finally showed up to look at it... After rudely interrupting several times I said "I don't need the condescending attitude"Then what did you do ?????????????? You said.. "Ya know what, [redacted] yourself, this [redacted]" ... Those were your exact words [redacted]... Then you proceeded to physically threaten me and my 3 year old daughter. I've also heard your false claims that I shoved you... If you want to play that game I'd love to hear you lie under oath.. My neighbor saw and heard the entire incident. I wouldn't even shake your hand, let alone touch you. Nice try, but your bullying tactics won't work here..  I will not tolerate that, therefor my insurance agent is going right above you to your insurance company. You damaged my property, you are responsible for repairing my property.  I have received 2 quotes for the crack repair / and sealing of my driveway. I'm not concerned  with what you think it costs, I'll leave that to an actual professional, something you will never be. You are disgusting and I feel bad for all of the people  you bully and take advantage of. However, I refuse to be one of them.  If  your morals consist of fabricating stories of people pushing you, and claiming that people lie about their property being damaged by your sloppy company, I will do everything in my power to make sure people know the truth about you... Do you actually read the reviews about your company? Or are they all liars???You damaged my property, you tried to bully me, you verbally and physically threatened me and my child, and now you're lying..  I will take this as far as needed....Regards,

Please accept this email as a formal document that we were hired by: [redacted] to perform tree svc as verbally discussed and agreed to on 08/25/16. Please be advised that [redacted] was not our customer. Thank you[redacted]

During he estimate of this job, the customer was told that we would try to fit his job in for that coming Saturday - there were already other jobs in line - if we could not accommodate Mr. [redacted] for Saturday we would get back to him with a day and time of our arrival - the scope of the job had...

already been discussed and agreed to with the customer. Unfortunately, we could not fit his job in for that Saturday. Mr. [redacted] called repeatedly the office staff and was told that they would pass on his message to [redacted] and get back to him. Mr. [redacted] continued to call and badger the staff. It was decided that [redacted]'s Tree would not take on Mr. [redacted]'s job for fear that his behavior would continue and there would be no pleasing this customer. After a few calls later, we agreed to do his job and for $1000 cheaper than other quotes he had gotten. Part of the issue is that Mr. [redacted] wanted more stumps ground than originally agreed to. Regarding the condition of the lawn. Due to the placement of the trees, Mr. [redacted] was told that our equipment would have to access the area by driving on his lawn - this was discussed and agreed to by Mr. [redacted]. Our crews do everything they can to avoid any lawn damages. From time to time these damages can not be avoided. We did offer Mr. [redacted] the materials to fix his lawn. If Mr. [redacted] was not happy with the tree service or the customer service he received he could have called into the office and asked to speak with the Office Manager and his situation would have been handled. If he had damages to his lawn that was not handled he did(as all customers do) receive insurance certificate information whereby he was able to file a claim. Any customer who is not satisfied with the work completed, to the extent Mr. [redacted] outlines, would not have paid his bill in full on the same day the work was completed. We have tried to help Mr. [redacted] and offered materials to fix his lawn in April 2017. To date we consider this account and complaint closed.

Ms. [redacted] is a tenant of an address that MPT was contracted for the removal of trees and stump grinding. MPT did the tree work on 01/20/16. The stump grinding was completed on 01/22/16. During the stump grinding Ms. [redacted]'s car window was shattered during the grinding process caused by flying wood...

debris. Ms [redacted] first reported this damage on 01/25/16. MPT and Ms. [redacted] agreed to have her file claim through our liability insurance. On 02/01/16 we were notified from our insurance carrier that a claim had been filed and is under review. On 02/08/16 we were notified from our insurance company that Ms. [redacted]'s broken window was not covered under the provisions of our policy. On 02/09/18 Ms. [redacted] sent an email stating that she had paid for the repair and was requesting a reimbursement. We did submit the request for a reimbursement check in the amount of $372.02. This check was cut and mailed directly to Ms. [redacted] on 03/04/16. MNM considers this matter resolved.
