With regards to i.d# *** Miss *** came to us with a stalling problem she had not seen us for over 20,miles her car was in dire need of service work we advised her that the throttle body was severely car boned up causing the stalling problem by the way the car always
restarted after stalling a few days after her visit to us her engine blew up witch is a problem Hyundai is having the engine locked up that is a completely different problem than she was having when she came to us Hyundai is aware of the problem and replacing the engines but unfortunately we have no idea when they will let go they give no advance notice or symptom, the engine was replaced under warranty at the Temecula dealer were she was when it let goSo you see she had two separate problems and that is what she is having a problem coming to grips with. *** ***Tuttle- Click Service Director***

[To whom it may concern,   many of the details in which this anonymous person gave you were never reviewed or explained to me. It has taken them how many months to get back to me and Revdex.com. This is a debacle and really unprofessional of this company. I gave them a last chance to rectify this problem. A couple weeks ago they serviced the car. It seems to be working properly. I will have you know this took 6 times to fix it.  Furthermore, to fix my car they added Freon. This seems to be a really easy fix according to their paper work! They have some audacity to mention how I took my car to get serviced!  I have two cars which were purchased there and have Partners Contracts with them!!!!

Thank you so much for your assistance.  The issue has been solved.   As soon as the manager from the dealer found out that I have contacted Revdex.com, he rushed the mail and sent me the title of my car.Respectfully;[redacted]

Tuttle-Click is the [redacted] dealership that did the original contract with [redacted]). Imagine that the dealer will have to redo the contract but I wasn't sure, so I included [redacted].

To whom it may concern: In regards to complaint ID# 11605301, Ms. [redacted] has some concerns regarding her air conditioning unit on her 2009 Dodge Charger. Our record shows that her first visit was July 29th 2015 with the concern that her A/C was blowing warn air on the passenger...

side of the vehicle. Upon inspection it was found that the Expansion Valve was in need of repair, which was done at that time. On October 6th, 2015 Ms. [redacted] again brought back her vehicle with a new concern that the A/C fan was not working. Since this was a different concern it was a different fix. What was found was the Blower Motor had shorted. We went ahead and repaired said problem. The following year on February 11th, 2016 Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle back to TC Tustin with the concern the she heard a “popping noise from the dash”  and upon inspection was found that the A/C Mode Door inoperative, so the door was replaced. Again on March 2nd, 2016 she again brought her vehicle in for the same “popping noise from the dash” and found that a different Recirculation door was in need of replacing, so this was replaced. From this point on there was no more concerns with the A/C unit. Her vehicle has been back at the dealership twice more on March 2nd and June 21st, 2016 with no concerns for the A/C unit not working. It is our understanding that the A/C unit has been fixed up to factory standards. If Ms. [redacted] has any more concerns or questions we are more than willing and happy for her to bring her vehicle back into the dealership for us to look over it again. As of right now we have all the confidence that our technicians fixed each of the A/C concerns as they were brought in. Regards,TCAG
