in shipmentI have asked the buyer to please send me the tracking information several times, but they have not provided that to me*** gave several emails asking for this pertinent information as well, and did not receive it either*** closed the return case that the buyer opened because the item was not returned in the given time frameOnce *** closes the return case, the sale is closed and final. I would be more than happy to issue a refund to the buyer if they could get me the tracking information, so I can see where the item was deliveredWithout this information, I have no idea where and when the item was sent, if at allThis is standard internet practice and requirement, on all internet merchandise purchasesThis is the only way a merchant can be sure a customer returns the merchandise to the correct business.
