Review: Mike's Roofing replaced the shingles on my roof in early 2006, repairing damage from Hurricane Katrina, with a 30 year guarantee on the material. The roof began to leak around flashing on plumbing and air vents earlier this year. The company was very difficult to reach and seems to change telephone numbers frequently, but I did eventually reach one of the representatives named [redacted], who came to our home and said that he would be sending somebody to correct the problem. He never called back, but when we managed to reach somebody at the number, we were told tha somebody had been scheduled to come to our house the following day. Nobody came, and nobody has returned our calls since.Desired Settlement: I would like for somebody to come and fix the roof, as was promised.
