We cannot be responsible for damages that may have happened regarding the accident. As previously stated. The warranty extended to the customer did in fact cover The original repair. Thank You
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The paperwork I received stated a 2 year warranty so the claim that it happened over a year ago is not important not to mention that I've been trying to contact the business since last year. I paid for 2 services: one was reattaching a hose, and another was replacing a throttle body (pigtail included). When I left the business the first time I was under the impression that my power steering hose would not fail as backed by the "peace of mind warranty". I was already told that it could have been caused by front end damage that occurred by the previous owner 2 years before the service provided. Between leaving the the business and having to get it reserviced months later, no one put a finger on said house, in other words, they did an unsatisfactory job. As for the second visit I paid for the throttle body piece as well as the cost of labor to install it. Once again, that piece provided by the business failed, and had to be replaced. The 2 year "peace of mind warranty" covered the price of the replacement piece but not the cost of the labor. On top of that I was shown how the pigtail had been broken which is significant given how the only way those can be damaged is from reckless handling. To repeat again, I am requesting compensation for the cost of the clamp required to reattach the hose and labor for reattaching the hose and reinstalling the throttle body, this does not include the second tow truck I had to pay for because the repairs had been done incorrectly the first time and it does not include the poor customer service I have received
