We took our steers weighing over 900lbs a piece into Mike's for processing we received anywhere between 190lbs and 147lbs of meat for each steer. Other places we have received 325lbs -300lbs of meat. The 1 pound packages of hamburger only weighed between 13oz and 14oz each. When we went back we were told that it was because the type of breed we brought in and that they could print new labels for the hamburger that said 13oz instead of 1 lb. Not satisfied with the original job or what they saw fit to "fix" an issue.
