Mike's Tires

I purchased 4 *** tires at the price of $140.11 for a total of $560.44 from Mike'sTires and $60 for labor. The tires were faulty. There was a bad vibration and the tires were balanced 3 separate times by the dealer. After the third time of balancing the tires, I purchased a new set of *** tires from the same dealer at $189.00 per tire for a total of$756.00 plus $60 for labor and the original *** tires were returned to *** who was the distributor and finally to the manufacturer *** case number( ***). A full refund was issued to *** and then to Mike's Tires excluding tax and labor. I received a refund check from Mike's Tires for $400. I contacted Mike's Tires and asked why I only received a check for $400. He stated that he received a credit and paid me a portion of the credit which did not include the full purchase price ( his mark up). Mike also stated that he kept an extra $60 for labor which he had previously charged when installing both sets of tires. Mike refused to refund my entire purchase price and became adamant that he was not required to give me $560.44 as he only received $460.44 from the distributor. When asked about charging me again for labor he said he balanced the tires three times and felt he deserved payment for labor.
