First of all mr [redacted] was told when he dropped off his trailer that it would be 2-3 weeks before completion. He stopped by everyday the first week it was here and checked his trailer and was reminded of the time frame it would take. The repair of a leak required his cabinets to have everything...

removed , if he didn't want anyone touching his stuff he should have cleaned the trailer out before bringing it in for repair. The accusation of our employees stealing his pop is ridiculous as we have a pop machine full of cold pop for our employees FREE , why would anyone want to drink his hot pop ! He and his wife came in and removed 1-2 12 packs and took them with them. I'm very sorry mr [redacted] feels this way, however to repair any trailer with water damage we need to get to the walls and that requires cleaning items left in cabinets out. We accually put extra supports in the wall and at the floor area by the door at no extra charge. We strive to do the best possible job for our customers. When mr [redacted] picked up his trailer he conveyed his approval of the repair and indicated he would be back if he needed any other repairs.
