12/17/16.Customer states that there was an issue with all appliances delivered.  The problems were things like a small scratch on the emblem of her dishwasher, and the dent she found on the Samsung gas range.The dent on the range was not noted the day of delivery as she did not fine this “dent” until 3 weeks after delivery.  She needed to be standing in the kitchen at the right time of day with the right lighting at the right angle so she could see the smallest of indentations on the front of the door.  She called us, we told her we would order the new door skin as you can not order complete doors.  Cosmetic parts take 8-12 weeks from all manufacturers and this information was relayed on to her.  She did call back in to see what was going on after about 12 weeks, so we gladly looked into the order.  It was discovered that Samsung had misplaced the order.  We put the part on order again, and showed her the email to the company and their response, proving to her that we had placed the order.  She was then given the contact information of our Samsung rep, and she called him to complain.  He explained to her that since it is not a functioning part, it has to be pulled from the assembly line on lowest priority, and it could take up to 12 weeks.  Since that time, the panel has arrived at my store.  We contacted the customer, and installed the new door skin on Jan 3, 2017.  Customer has apologized to this company and now tells us she is very happy with everything.Thank you,Mikes Video

Review: Product delivered 4/24/15. Freezer formed condensation. 5/14/15 new part. 5/22/15 new door. 6/16/15 new seal & sealant. 6/22/15 pictures to forward to Frigidare from business. There have been 5 tech service visits to our home in 5.5 weeks.Desired Settlement: To have a new, undamaged, functional unit before 7/4/15 with a new manufacture and extended(previously purchased) warranty beginning the day of delivery.

Review: Hmm where to start. I have had numerous issues with this business. Purchased a bosch refrigerator 4/5/12 as well as a GE microwave. In less than 3 year have dumped $2000 into these [redacted] products they sold us. They have the poorest customer service EVER! My microwave blew in fall of 2012 it took 3 repairs guys to figure it out they had no idea what was going on $600 to fix ( do microwaves even cost that much?) My refrigerator went out in sept of 2013 a guy came out, left a week later heard nothing so I called them they said oh the the 2 parts are on back order for 3 weeks? I have 2 small children no refrigerator for a month and you couldn't call me? Then I said well can you schedule me a spot when it doe come in so I don't have to wait another week for an openinghello? So part come guy comes out starts to install and says its the wrong part, leaves called me 10 min later says well I think I have the right part ill be back tomorrow with helpare you kidding me? Comes back the next day no help installs it then snaps the water hose water all over my kitchen floor. Four months later my display goes out again I assumed it was the same part and there has to be a warranty ,OR I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN, guy comes out says its a different part they call $285 no choice but to get the part my refrigerator is at 47 degrees. A week later guy comes back out he is here for a total of 45 min to install part and he looked at my garbage disposal had to remove a plug in it they charger me $220 for labor?????? So another $523 into this [redacted] refrige. Oh did I mention that they require a credit card to even come out and look at problem then they go ahead and charge your card with out even sending an invoice or calling you to say this is what we are going to charge. I told them with the nightmare I had in september I didn't want to be charged for them coming out thinking they didn't have right part then saying they did after they leftthis is a joke! Im so disgusted with this company they are robbing peopleDesired Settlement: If there labor rate is $220 per hour that is robbery! Nearly more than the part! Im appalled I have had to dump $1300 into a product and its not even 3 years old that is ridiculous. I expect a refund of at least half the labor he installed the display in about 25 min and you charged $130 then another $90 to look at the disposal? JOKE
