The bar in question was purchased from our dealer Games & Things as is back in *** sent the bar top to *** @ *** & Cushion another
dealer of ours*** called and asked about repairing the top, I advised that he could send the top back for repair or replace, the customer would be responsible for freight both ways*** said he was not going to pay and in the meantime *** had called numerous times and was given the same informationHe was not happy with that answer, I called Games & Things to see if they could help out and they claimed the bar was sold as is and there was nothing they could doI advised *** and again told him he could send back to us for repair or replace and he would pay for freight or he could contact a local furniture medic as the bar is out of warrantyThe last conversation I had with him I advised him of the same solution and he is not happy with that and he made a post on Yelp and now with you

I have a lifetime guarantee with this product, why does customer have to pay because your retailers will not, why punish the customer because you have a bad relationship with retailers? At first they told me a furniture would not repair this defect !

of course not! why would I ( or anyone) like the idea of paying almost as much for crating and shipping as the bar is worth.Quit blaming the customer for your bad relaionships with dealers
What happened to taking care of customer, especially if you give out a lifetime guarantee on workmanship !!!!!!! ***

I NEVER SEEN THIS THEY NEVER MENTIONED OR SHOWED ME THIS , I THINK THEY JUST MADE IT UP OR PRINTED THIS, WHY WOULD ANY COMPANY HAVE A LIFETIME AND A YEAR GUARANTEE AT THE SAME TIME SOME THING IS A MISS HERE AND IT IS NOT MY PAPERWORK.MY GUARANTEE HAS THEIR NAME ON IT WITH THE GUARANTEE THEY ARE PLAYING GAMESDOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU ???
