[redacted],Again we sincerely apologize for the poor communication. We have as of today completed the repairs outlined in the proposal. I have emailed you a copy of the invoice along with pictures confirming the completion of the work.
June 23, 2017This roofing repair was to be done in early May before the start of Monsoon...
season. Work needs to be completed next week not “A.S.A.P.” as the companies reply states. If company signs an agreement to repair any and all damage that may be done by rain to areas below the existing roof that needs repair then that would be acceptable for their “A.S.A.P date.
We apologize for the poor communication, due to the excessive heat that we have had. We have lost many man hours and are currently understaffed. Again we sincerely apologize, we will get your job done A.S.A.P.
