Review: [redacted] of [redacted] and Company failed to to update us on the status of our consignment with her office because emails, texts, calls and office visits were unaswered. There was an unreasonable delay in all attempts to contact her regarding the consigned goods. To the tune of multiple months of unanswered inquiries. Also, a wedding band ordered from
Her has broken on multiple occasions and also attempts to come to a reasonable resolution regarding the repair of said goods have not been satisfactory.Desired Settlement: $1200 for wedding band purchased that has never been wearable due to [redacted] ineffective efforts at fixing the engagement ring. Also she has disappeared for multiple months at a time
Yet requests we trust her now to send her the engagement ring for repair and we are no longer willing to work with her on any level. She will not refund the secondary wedding band that is unwearable and has been for almost two years.
