This issue has been resolved with the customerWe will be going back to the customers home to finish the work that was not completed and to perform the same work on his second unit, free of chargeA refund was also issued in the amount $

*** You spoke to *** our customer service manager on 06/29 and agreed to a refund of $117.00. I did think that this matter was closed. I do apologize for the delays. There is more then the cost of the part that goes into the cost of the service. The
technician did explain the cost of the repair and it was agreed on before he repaired the air conditioner. ABC is a flat rate company, this means we charge by the job and not by the hour. Please contact me to resolve the situation. Thanks *** ***

Our standard diagnostic fee is $for any plumbing service call. If the customer chooses to go ahead with the quoted repair(s) this fee is waivedIn this case the customer chose not to go ahead with repair, so the diagnostic fee is applicableThe coupon the customer is referring to
states $off any plumbing, heating , cooling, or electrical REPAIR, and is not applicable to the diagnostic fee. We are sorry for the confusion and will happily refund this customer the $45.00 for the coupon he thought he could apply to his service call Thank you

Due to the difficulties in working with this customer and trying to do the right repair we have issued a full refund to the customer and will no longer work with them No further action is possible on our part because all money has been returned and the relationship has been severed

for $1476.00. In May you contacted your comfort consultant [redacted] with some concerns about the duct work. He came out and you signed a new contract for some duct work revisions. He did so in good faith there was still a balance on your account for $3,331.00. After the installation of the duct work there were several attempts to reach you to collect the balance on the original install and the $5961.00 for the duct work. ABC finally managed to reach you in September and you did pay the remaining balance of $3,331.00 for the system. Your consultant [redacted] made several attempts to contact you set up a time to meet with you to go over the concerns regarding the duct work, and why you never called to say that you were not satisfied. Since we have not been to your home since the duct work was installed the satisfaction guarantee does not apply. The guarantee only applies if ABC has attempted to resolve the problem and is unable so. I would still like the opportunity to work with you and send [redacted] and technician to your home. This issue has been resolved with the customer. We will be going back to the customers home to finish the work that was not completed and to perform the same work on his second unit, free of charge. A refund was also issued in the amount $325.00.
