Installed 15 windows and 1 front door. They didn't pass inspection. He will not respond to fix it, he will not answer me now.
He installed 15 windows and 1 front door for me. It did not pass county inspection. I called him to come out and fix the issue. We set a date for July 9, 2019. He did not show up for the repair. He will not answer my calls or texts. Now I have to pay someone to fix the issues because I cannot sell my home with an open permit. It should be noted I want to put my house up for sale August 1, 2019. He was paid in full and advised the work should pass.
Fix the issues so the permit will pass.
the work done on Miss Gil home was performed in February this year and was successfully finish to customer satisfaction.
Upon payment received I specifically told Miss Gil and her husband that if there were any issues to fix to please give me a call so I can come back to their house to fix them.
On July 3, I received her phone call and spoke with her, I told her that I was very busy and that would try my best to fit her in my schedule.
we set up an appointment for July 9, unfortunately I was unable to make it.
I reach back to her and manage to re-schedule for Friday July 12, before arriving to her house I send her a text to verified the appointment. She responded back stating no thanks I have found someone else to take care of the issues. Even though she found somebody else to fix the issues, I called her back a few times and no answer.
I left her and her husband a message to please call me back to fix any inconvenience.
