Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] concrete has no record of Mr [redacted] 's attempt at resolutionWritten communitcation from [redacted] stating this fact would be satisfactoryWhich part of the consumer's complaint will be addressed? Is the concrete going to be removed and reinstalled at no expense to the consumer? Will I be reimbursed the money owed to [redacted] by MrM [redacted] if he wins his argument since he was already paid for the job? Verbal response:Milagro Maintenance & Repair LLC states they had only done a roof coating on the roof six years agoAlthough the coating has a yr warranty, the consumer has a structural problem as the roof is a cinder block roof, near a train track, which causes vibrationThe consumer’s roof is approximately years old, the consumer’s complaint is not the cause of the roof coating, it is because the structural integrity of the roof is very old and damagedJohn T [redacted] with Milagro Maintenance & Repair LLC

When I went to go look at it some one else worked on it there for that voided the warrantyI'll go fix it if he let's me

Verbal response-Milagro Maintenance & Repair LLC’s owner states that he had paid the concrete company, and then he had put a stop payment on his checkThe concrete company had delivered an inferior product which has caused the consumer’s problem with the concreteThe owner states he is

I am rejecting this response because: The previous repairs were performed by a Milagro employee as I stated in the complaintAlso, this was never stated as
a reason for not completing the current repairs, and it doesn't explain why my calls have not been returned The low spot in the roof has now been leveled by another contractor as I could not allow the leaks to continue and the interior ceiling will have to be replaced due to the damaged caused by the leakIt will be over $for the repairs that should have been taken care of by Milagro

Which part of the consumer's complaint will be addressed? Is the concrete going to be removed and reinstalled at no expense to the consumer? Will I be reimbursed the money owed to [redacted] by Mr. M[redacted] if he wins his argument since he was already paid for the job?
