To whom this may concern, [redacted] ***'s Jeep was in our shop after the fact to have it inspected regarding the speedometerbeing off and the speakers not workingUpon inspecting the vehicle, we did find the speedometer offand made the appropriate fixesRegarding the speakers and radio we found that the vehicle had beensubmerged in water causing it to short outAfter said findings we had one of our venders come in(Caveman Technologies) and give us an internal quote for what it'd cost to have it repaired (I'veattached the quote we received) Thanks,Jeremy B [redacted] / General Manager Milam Mazda and Truck Country [redacted] **Puyallup, Wa [redacted] Please see attached documents [redacted]

To whom this may concern, [redacted] did attempt to purchase a vehicle around the time stated, however the lenders didn't agree with us that she should be able to purchase said vehicleThe lenders wanted her on a more current model then the that she attempted to buy from us After explaining this to her she decided to decline our other options and to part waysThank you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I find it hard to believe that Milam can claim to have done due diligence, insisting it did NOT missed partially concealed wiring damage, yet missed the obvious findings of two independent reputable businesses - [redacted] and [redacted], who both documented that the rear brakes needed replacement. (Less than 3 mil. Left) [redacted] documented “excessive rust” in the rear underside. I have photos of the rusted, flaking rear brake rotors. I suspect the car was damaged by flood or from an area where corrosives were used on the roads, and Milam knew or should have known. I'm left with the conclusion they are either dishonest, or incompetent. In light of that, I don’t trust Milam to have a vehicle on their lot that isn’t damaged or unsafe in some way, so “Trade out” isn’t an option at this point. I realize it’s “buyer beware”, here, but I had higher expectations for a new auto dealership. I guess my only option is to have the car inspected by a qualified inspector and forward the results to whatever agency governs new and used car dealers.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: when we returned the vehicle that we were not reimbursed our time and gas to the facility.  They also did not return our down payment in the method that we paid and thus had to wait the 5 days before given access to our money.  Sincerely,[redacted]

We regret that due to circumstances out of our control the title was delayed. The title has been delivered to the consumer as requested.

  We found that the vehicle had a rodent that ate away at some of the wiring harnesses. This vehicle was inspected at the auction and then we did our own safety inspection. At no point did either of the inspections show any rodent damage. At...

every transaction we offer an extended service contract "said customer" declined to purchase any further coverage. We will trade "said customer" out of his vehicle at any point. We feel bad that he's had to incur additional work to a vehicle that he just purchased however we did our do diligence on the vehicle.
