A disappointing experience: I purchased a TENS machine from this company at a Hospital Conference (OHA) in Toronto This was a Canadian conference The sales representative never told me it was American dollars that he was charging to my credit card I was very unhappy as this was an additional 30% on my bill!! They are not upfront I am concerned that the product will also be unreliable Shirley

A disappointing experience:
I purchased a TENS machine from this company at a Hospital Conference (OHA) in Toronto. This was a Canadian conference. The sales representative never told me it was American dollars that he was charging to my credit card. I was very unhappy as this was an additional 30% on my bill!!
They are not upfront. I am concerned that the product will also be unreliable.
