We think this is a very big misunderstandingTo start off, we have not and will not hold the homeowner responsible for ANY money except for what is released by the insurance companyAnd obviously his deductibleThe insurance stated to Infinity that the depreciation check and supplemental check
was releasedBut the depreciation check had actually not been releasedWe have emailed the homeowner and have reached out and would like to talk about the confusionWe do not want any money except for what was paid by the insurance plus the deductibleI think the confusion is that the insurance stated to us that the money was all releasedWhen in fact they made an error and it had notThe insurance adjuster has called the homeowner and let him know the check is in the mail We have confirmed with ASI today that money has been released.The issue of damages to the property, we will be more then happy to discuss and come up with a resolution. Our resolution is to have the homeowner contact our office and discuss the confusionI think once realized of the errors, he will understand this is all based on human error on the insurance companies behalfThank you for your time and we look forward to resolving this case
