The manufacturer has complied with said code and you have received all as to our agreementI personally cannot enter their plant however this window has not been questioned

You have a good product, perhaps you should consider attic insulation as the windows do exactly what they are made to do and you may have other problems

The windows are installed to manufacturers standard and it is a beautiful job completed
I find no reason whatsoever for his complaint, furthermore this customer attempted to hire one of my installers to come
back to his home on his own time to do more work for him
