Mrs [redacted] says its impolite & unpleasant to threaten an individualthis was what she sent meIf there is no resolution otherwise, I will have to submit a Revdex.com and a facebook complaint this week or nextI do not wish to hurt the reputation of your company, but that might be the only thing I can doseams like a threat to me? Mrs [redacted] has also told half story to make wrightway look bad so she does not have to pay for a serviceShe purchased the house with gutter helmet already on itno records of transfer of warranty that was recorded with us or did she provide us with anyShe aslo stated that the gutter helmet was installed in properly but she also failed to tell you that there was a new roof installed on the house after the original install of Gutter Helmet and who ever did the roof installed the gutter helmet wrong, not an authorized gutter helmet dealer as the warranty statesAs to what she calls a sales pitch was simply the installers informing Mrs [redacted] what the issue was and why it was not working properlyour installers don't have a sales pitch and they get no benefit if someone purchase anything from wrightway Its really to bad that when a small family owned business that tries to make a living on providing a service has to worry about someone like Mrs [redacted] trying to ruin our reputation and products because they want a service for freeso now I must tell Mrs [redacted] that I will eliminate her service call that we did in good faith because she will go out of her way to make us and gutter helmet look bad Please tell Mrs [redacted] that her service charge will be eliminated and hopefully she will not spread the word on social media that we are a bad company with a bad productits really to bad that it has come to thisThank You for your timeJoe ***Wrightway Home improvements

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.Even though I am glad that the invoice is voided, I do not appreciate Mr***'s response message coming with itI submitted a complaint of exactly the same issue as a previous customer and gets completely different responseRevdex.com and review sites are not places to ruin business reputations, but to protect consumers from abusive business behaviorMr***'s billing was without notice and for service not provided, and thus considered abusive business behaviorThe fact that he needs a Revdex.com complaint to "force" him to do the right thing is something future customers should take into accountFuture customers can compare our stories to see if I actually told the full story, and I certainly mentioned nothing to make Gutter Helmet the product look bad

THE RESOLUTION REQUIRED IS TO REFUND THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN ON OCT 14 2016, AS OF TODAY THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED.  THE OWNER HOWEVER DID SAY ON MARCH 1ST 2016 HE WOULD REFUND THE MONEY.
