We purchased a car from Brad *** at the Coquitlam location on April 2, after weeks of car shoppingWe saw about cars and spoke to about car sales peopleIt was a horrible experience until we met BradHe was totally different than the other sales people at the other dealerships we went toHe ACTUALLY LISTENED to us and honoured our budget requestsWe felt that he wanted to really help usHe also came across very passionate about his job
When we sat down to negotiate we encountered a pretty big "glitch" in the processHow this was handled made all the difference in us buying a car from Milani NormanI don't expect perfection, just honesty and humanityI saw Brad apologize, take responsibility and move onI was so happy

Salesman played us and now we're out a few thousand dollarsMy own fault I guess for not being as practiced at this as they areHave a bag of tricks to throw you off your game and make you feel like you're getting a good deal, however, their sole purpose is to get as much out of you as they can get away withDon't care about the customer, just about making a few extra bucksWon't be coming back here and will be warning others to stay away

In my years of driving, I've bought, sold and traded many vehicles, met many salespeople and been exposed to many different sales tacticsMy recent experience with Milani-Norman was among the easiest, most stress-free car purchases I've madeMy salesperson was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and certainly the least pushy I've experiencedThe vehice I purchased is nearly ten years old therefore the (very few) little things that need attention are expected and can easily be toleratedIt is a safe, fully functioning car at a fraction of the price of a new one

I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Flex from the langley location and had a very satisfactory experience. The salesmen were professional and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership as a great place to find a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price.

I have bought a [redacted] and a [redacted]. but turned have turned out to problems. Steering, gas consumption, noise coming motor. The list goes on. I will never buy another vehicle from them. Oh and their salesman Kelly, is aggressive and unprofessional. He hung up on my spouse for no reason.
