We received half of the payment for the 1st physician placed, and that was it. We were to be paid a total of 20K and we only received 5K. He adamantly claimed that he did not receive payment from the client, so therefore could not pay our co, which is what our agreement states. Review: I purchased an order from the business but when I arrived at work I realized that my meal was not as purchased. I called and spoke with the manager about correcting the order but he reported that he would only bring what was missing from the order of he has a delivery in the area. I informed him that I could not bring the meal back for a refund due to being at work. He stated that I would have to wait for two hours for them to bring me anything. I then requested a new meal and would return the meal that was incorrect and the manager hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment

Review: Was placing my order, while doing this I had no idea that I was talking to the tracy milanos, an honest mistake. I then had to give my address which is located in manteca.they took my order and ran my card, the fact that they did not know that my address does not exist in tracy when you have a business there is beyond me. They called back 10 minutes later saying that I had made an order with tracy. I of course said I made an mistake and asked for my money back, he then said the pizza is already made and they wont refund my money, the reason why I wouldn't get my money back I dont know because they just hung up. How can you make a 24 inch pizza in 10 minutes, an obvious a lie.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
