Mr. Farias agrees that window installation is ok, the installation is beautiful, the price is not in contention. Mr. Farias has the manufacturers brochure that provides all the NFRC specifications
that he agreed to at the time of purchase. The National Fenestration Rating Council provides the labels attached to the windows at the manufacturers facility, all regulated as to code.
The manufacturer has complied with said code and you have received all as to our agreement. I personally cannot enter their plant however this window has not been questioned
by the many homeowners that my company has installed the windows in. I cannot understand your complaint.
You have a good product, perhaps you should consider attic insulation as the windows do exactly what they are made to do and you may have other problems.
