This complaint has been resolved. We were waiting for a part from the manufacturer and it was received 2 weeks ago. We repaired the Redmax trimmer under warranty at no charge to the customer. Mrs. [redacted]'s son picked up the trimmer last week. Sincerely, [redacted]...
