Pt is not correct in her statement that we did work with her on her paperwork. She was not compliant with the info that was needed and was then put on a pymt plan.  The second issue of getting a phone call only after 2 days of receiving the bill, she is self pay so there is no waiting time for...

Review: I have more than one problem with Mile Bluff's billing system. It started a few years ago; my account was on hold under review for assistance/payment adjustment. During the time that I was in the process of filing paperwork they "switched systems" & everything that had been on hold got sent to collections. The second issue is they call only a few days after they send a bill to hound about paymen,t when I had only just received the bill two days prior to their phone call. My third issue is that there are now two separate billing systems, & I received TWO bills with TWO different account numbers for the SAME appointment. I don't believe there should be TWO bills for the SAME appointment if they want people to pay in full.Desired Settlement: Please go back to a SINGLE bill for a SINGLE appointment; not TWO separate bills under TWO different accounts for a SINGLE appointment. You are only hurting yourselves because it is CONFUSING and you will never receive in-full payments this way!
