Pt is not correct in her statement that we did work with her on her paperworkShe was not compliant with the info that was needed and was then put on a pymt plan The second issue of getting a phone call only after days of receiving the bill, she is self pay so there is no waiting time for pymt to be madeThe third issue of billing systems, yes the clinic has there billing system and the hospital has there system unfortunately most facilities are this sameway The statements are color coded to try and help people understand this otherwise our patient acct dept is very helpful to all who callI hope I have addressed all complaints and feel free to call me on this if anymore is needed Thanks"In each of us is a little of all of us."
