After Speaking with [redacted] today 6/14/17 he gave us approval to post this reply….. There were lengthy negotiations on this vehicle between there parties. The vehicle was in our possession from 4/5/17 - 5/19/17.  The vehicle was deemed worthy to be fixed, then totaled, followed by a customer pay...

for the repairs. As the repairs proceeded, we were able to get the restocking fee issue resolved. We were able to negotiate pricing that worked in [redacted]’s favor.  Additionally, last minute unforeseen small parts were needed to finish the job, however those were taken care of by the shop with no additional repair costs.  [redacted] was kept in the loop and was happy as we continued to make repairs and financial progress.  Upon completion of work, there was a complete reversal of opinion regarding our work ethics. He expressed to our entire front counter staff and business owner his pleasure with how we handled his needs.  He also had a chance to talk to the owner privately and made no issues with any of this process other than how happy he was that we were able to work with his needs and take care of him and his car.  The final bill for his car was $4080.23 – which is approximately $80.00 less than the quote given to the insurance company.  We enjoyed working with [redacted] and unfortunately this review was written before the repairs were complete and the issues noted were solved very amicably.
