First, This customer according to her purchased a bedroom set over a year ago, not April Second, she did not have her original receipt or paperwork, so technically she is out of warranty and we need original paperwork to submit for payment of parts rendered Third, the general manager decided to still help her out because we like to take care of any issues if it is possible This all occurred on June The general manager ordered the parts needed for her, but they were not available and additional paperwork had to be filed in order to get them So, in conclusion, we have gone above and beyond to try and take care of this customer and resolve her problems, but sometimes these things take time The parts will be here by July which is when we are taking in items from that warehouse

The sofa SET was purchased at our store on 10/08/for the amount of $including the sales taxIt was my fault for not getting the application for repair in sooner than I did*** Furniture Repair went to her daughters house on 1/03/from 12:pm- 12:pm and sent us the repair
and parts order the following dayThe back for the sofa was ordered shortly after receiving the orderI was told by a representative of *** the back would ship on Feb22, and was not shipped due to the fabric not being in stockI found out about the fabric not being in stock at the beginning of March of this year from our sales representative from *** when he came by the storeI also told Mrs*** that the part would be shipped to the store and that I would personally deliver the part to her daughter so that she would not be inconvenienced any more than they already have been while she was on maternal leave from her careerHowever I could not set up the final repair date for her and Mrs*** found that unacceptable I clearly understand Mrs***'s frustrations with the timeline of the repair, but it will be repaired as soon as I can get the part inIt is cosmetic damage not a mechanical We cannot control when the fabric comes back availableI am waiting for a response from the representative from *** to give me a date for it arriving or shipping to the store so that I can relay the information to *** as well as her daughter so that we can be ahead of the game as far as getting prepared to set a day up for repairAttached to the response are the work order from *** Furniture Repair, a copy of the original receipt from her purhcase from last year, and a picture of the damage. -Daniel G*** (store manager)

manager decided to still help her out because we like to take care of any issues if it is possible.  This all occurred on June 8.  The general manager ordered the parts needed for her, but they were not available and additional paperwork had to be filed in order to get them.  So, in conclusion,  we have gone above and beyond to try and take care of this customer and resolve her problems, but sometimes these things take time.  The parts will be here by July 9 which is when we are taking in items from that warehouse.

I do not except Daniel explanation for not having the defective sofa fixed. For the past five months, Daniel has continually stated that he was waiting on the part from the manufacturers. This time his response to you (Revdex.com) was that he was waiting on the material needed to fix the sofa. In our correspondence Daniel never once stated that material was needed to fix the defective sofa. We feel that we are constantly getting the same excuse and now so are you. Daniel is putting us off until the warranty on the sofa expires and Jason's Furniture will no longer be responsible to repair the sofa. It should not take five months to receive parts (material) to replace the defective sofa. The sofa should have been checked for problems before leaving the store. This purchase has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.  So no, until the sofa is fixed Daniel's continue excuse of waiting for the part will not be excepted. How long do we have to wait? We have waited five months, we have one one payment left. Would [redacted] except any excuse for us for lack of payment ? This is not a way to make America Great Again.
