customer mistreated and in no way was it Mile High Motors or Andrew B[redacted]'s fault the customer had a suspended license. The customer having a suspended license and getting pulled over because of her actions  created the issues at hand. While it is unfortunate and we wish her the best the time it takes for Montana, Arizona, or any other state  to process Title work and her having her license suspended are out side of anything Mile a high Motors has control of.

In response to this complaint we have since contacted the customer and explained any misunderstanding with our pricing structure. We have also notified
the customer that a complete set of new locking lug nuts have been ordered for him. The customer stated that he has ordered a new radio of his...

choice, in
which the dealership has reimbursed him the full amount of $220.00.  The customer has also been offered a free oil change and vehicle detail the next time
he is in our area. The customer stated that he is completely satisfied with the above resolutions. It is our goal to make sure every customer is completely
satisfied with their purchase, as well as their purchase or service experience with us. We believe this issue has been completely resolved.

Review: In 2010, I purchased a vehicle from them as well as an extended warranty. I sold the vehicle in July 2014, I have been trying since July of 2014 to have the extended warranty refunded to me. It had taken them 4 weeks to "find" the warranty information in their files, then I was told August 11,2014 that they had gotten the refund processed and that I should receive a check in 4-6 weeks. well it has been going on 9 weeks now and I have not received anything. I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks trying to talk with "[redacted]", and she will never take my call and as of a week ago I finally asked to speak to her manager and she miraculously answered my call. She however had no new information for me, I asked for the company name and contact info , she said she would call me back, I received a message that she called the company and was told that the refund was sent to their "statement" last month and that she would check into this and get back with me. That was a week ago. I have left several messages and no call back. I finally called Chrysler Corporation today and was informed that Mile High indeed has the refund and they should have issued a check and to contact the finance manager. I tried this and he will also not get on the phone. This is my money and I am entitled to this. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund that I am entitled to and I would like it immediately. I have been waiting for 13 weeks.

Response:

The customer who purchased the vehicle was said to be "In Prison" and was not available to assist with the warranty refund process. It was more difficult to issue a refund because of the non-traditional circumstances of the refund request. A full refund has been issued.

Revdex.com,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

I have no idea what they mean by "in prison", I assure you I am not in prison as I go to work everyday for [redacted] in Butte, MT. I have called several times since July, 2014 and have barely gotten any response. I have asked for a copy of the original contract or the name of the company and contract number and have not been able to access this information. My original contract was destroyed in a fire in 2011. Since filing this complaint with you, I have received a refund of 33% of the original contract amount. I find that a hard to believe that the contract did not start until the truck hit the 36,000 mark, and when I traded in the truck in July 2014 it had 37,400 miles on it and the extended warranty plan was never used. So I paid $2500.00 for the contract and I received a refund of $828.00 for the mileage of 1,400 into the contract that was never used? I have been advised by Chrysler Corporation that the amount of the refund does not seem accurate and anytime that a warranty company sends a refund to the "dealer's statement" , its because the dealer also has a "return commission" amount to refund to the customer.

I just want to know if I received the correct refund.

Regards,

A full refund has been issued to the customer.

Review: I am writing a complaint about the Mile High Motors Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM dealership in Butte, MT. My husband was in Montana for a weekend trip from Washington and his 1994 Jeep Wrangler broke down July 17, 2013 Wednesday evening. He had his Jeep towed to the nearest Jeep auto repair center. Since it was late in the evening, he had to leave his Jeep there until the morning. Sometime between the evening of July 17th and the afternoon of Monday July 22, 2013 when he picked up the Jeep, over $2,000 worth of goods were stolen out of his vehicle to include 2 Kicker Sub speakers, a Kenwood CD Player head unit, an iPod, and miscellaneous tools. Also, the dash had been broken from when the CD Player had been ripped out, the inside of the vehicle was left in incredibly poor condition, with trash, dirt, and cigarettes scattered throughout. This was the condition of the vehicle when turned back over to him after the repairs were finished. It is unacceptable that the vehicle was presented to him in such a manner. Additionally, my husband spoke with a representative of the dealership several times while the vehicle was in their possession and was never made aware of the state of the vehicle. It should have been clear to anyone in contact with the vehicle that something was wrong. Sitting in the drivers seat it was clearly visible that the dash had been ripped apart as bare wires and a wiring harness were left hanging where the cd player should have been. Also as stated earlier, the passenger seat and rest of the cab was in a state of disarray with trash, already smoked cigarettes and the rest of the items in the car that were not taken. When confronted about this, the representatives of the dealership, including both the service manager and the general manager, immediately decided that the blame should be placed on the wrecking company, assuming no part in the responsability of this matter. After then speaking with the wrecking company it was decided that my husband was liable for any damages because after dropping the vehicle off my husband was given the keys which he then put in the dealerships key dropbox. My husband asked if there was any sort of security system at the dealership so that it could be determined when exactly the robbery took place. He was informed that there was not but, that the dealership had had problems with robberies of the same sort in the past. I am livid that the dealership made no attempt to rectify this situation and essentially acted as if this was an inconvenience to them. The experience had with Mile High Motors Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM can only be described as completely unprofessional. Because the dealership did not inform my husband of the condition of the vehicle immediately on Thursday morning suggests that one of two scenarios occurred. Either the vehicle was broken into and vandalized on Wednesday night before opening on Thursday morning and the employees in contact with the car were too incompetent to recognise this situation for what it was; or the vehicle was vandalized while under the supervision of the dealership. Both are unacceptable and are unbecoming of the high quality standards set by Chrysler Group LLC. My husbands frustrations were amplified when the power steering that was just fixed at the dealership did not work less than one hundred miles from Butte, Mt. Again, it seems that the high quality maintenance you would expect to find at a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge dealership was not present throughout his entire experience.Desired Settlement: To regain some of the costs of extending my husbands stay, damages to the vehicle, stolen goods, and now the inconvenience of having to take the vehicle to another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to have the Jeep repaired properly.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint 9636562. My husband and I received a letter from Mile High Motors offering us a small reimbursement as a goodwill gesture. Before accepting or declining this offer, my husband and I will be speaking to an attorney to figure out what is the best thing to do to try and resovle this matter.

Thank you,

The best dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a pre-owned car from them at a good price and had a good sales experience. I had some minor issues come up (check engine light, etc.) a few weeks after and they handled them very professionally. No charge and offered a free loner car. Amazing customer service and support.
