Mile High Motors

This is in response to compliant filed by [redacted] where he bought a used vehicle June 21st of this year [redacted] states In his complaint that certain things were implied in regards to the condition of the vehicle at time of purchase.We go to great lengths to make sure that everything is in writing at time of sale.I have attached three attachments that [redacted] slgned and acknowledged at the time of sale.1.) Copy of Purchase Order in which a disclaimer of warranty was read and signed.Where Mile High makes no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied.2.) A Federal Buyers Guide that was signed acknowledging vehicle was As Is with no warranty.3.) A Mile High internal document known as a Due BillOn the due bill if any work is to be done or promised it would of be clearly stated on the Due Bill.In this case vehicle was sold as equipped with nothing else promised.4.) It also should be noted vehicle in question was a Dodge with 89,miles.Aused vehicle with normalwear and tear
