I was personally guaranteed by the owner, *** ***, that he would repair any problems with the concrete driveway project he completed for us in March, I specifically asked him if this included "spalling", which is a deterioration of the concrete surface He assured me he would repair any problems, including that Around February 2016, I noticed spalling beginning to appear I contacted *** *** on March 1, He made an appointment to inspect the concrete failure He never showed for the appointment Since then I have called over a dozen times When I do get him, he simply hangs up This project cost me $10, As a retiree, this is a significant investment for me

The concrete is in perfect condition. The client was under the influence of alcohol and we couldn't talk to her because of her aggressive nature.
We tried to go back and follow up regarding any issues Mrs. [redacted] had, but we weren't able to...
discuss them in a civilized manner. We had witnesses such as the neighbors, whom we had done work for, willing to testify that the work was done accordingly. We would like to get evidence of the issues the plaintiff is not satisfied with. If Mrs. [redacted] can be clear about what she is not satisfied with, we would be able to address it accordingly.

The responds from Mile high is very inaccurate!
First, it is not 'her' it is 'him'!!! I am a man not a woman. I am not sure what are they talking about once again! I think they are talking about another unhappy client. Mile High Mountain concrete did not meet or call me and my concrete is in horrible condition. The issue is still not addressed.
I made more effort to get in touch with this irresponsible and unethical company but they continue avoiding me and telephone calls.
They will need to reevaluate their response since they never called or met me. In their response they are talking about meeting me which is grossly inaccurate. They're talking about my concrete being in good condition, well I'm attaching some photos to prove that they are WRONG!!! They never met me and my concrete is in absolute horrible condition.
