I was personally guaranteed by the owner, [redacted] , that he would repair any problems with the concrete driveway project he completed for us in March, I specifically asked him if this included "spalling", which is a deterioration of the concrete surface He assured me he would repair any problems, including that Around February 2016, I noticed spalling beginning to appear I contacted [redacted] on March 1, He made an appointment to inspect the concrete failure He never showed for the appointment Since then I have called over a dozen times When I do get him, he simply hangs up This project cost me $10, As a retiree, this is a significant investment for me
