Dear [redacted],Thank you for reporting this complaint against our company.  On Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 we received a phone call from [redacted] at 12:23 pm requesting a Spanish interpreter for his wife's interview at the immigration building the following day (August 24th at 12:00 pm). The...

representative who took the call explained to [redacted] that it was difficult to assign one of our professional interpreters for a "next day" appointment when we had already finish next day schedule, but he insisted he needed one. After the representative got the approval to assign the interpreter, she also explained to [redacted] about the 2.5 hours minimum (based on multiple meetings we have provided services at the same immigration building) and she also stated we needed to collect the payment in advanced.  [redacted] agreed with the terms and conditions so he was transferred to the company's CPA who double checked the information about minimum hours and he even waived the rush fee request then he took [redacted]'s credit card number.  The date of the appointment/meeting the interpreter arrived on time and stayed for the time her services have been requested.  On August 24th, 2017 at 2:18 pm [redacted] contacted the company very upset and using inappropriate language, stating he needed his money back because the appointment have taken only 30 minutes, when the representative who took the call tried to explained that he had agreed when he placed the request and place the payment he kept threaten the representative, at that point the representative offered a call back from her supervisor. At 3:54 pm I personally called [redacted] trying to find how he needed my help then he started raising his voice by telling me "we have done fraud" and "We have stolen his money" I tried to explain again that he had agreed to our terms and he even received a receipt from us the day before when he placed the payment but he kept interrupting me. I advised him I was going to disconnect the call if he continue screaming and threatening but he did not want to listen. Once he told me he was going to sue the company, I told him "we needed to report this incident to the immigration building where we have provided services because they keep records of the interpreter' services" then he kept raising his voice using inappropriate language. [redacted] mentioned he always uses a company that only charges him $60.00. I asked him why he had contacted our company, if he didn't want to pay the amount he previously accepted he replied: "because they just canceled on me" after multiples attempts trying to make him understand I ended up disconnecting the call.We have been providing services for 13 years and just two years ago we decided to start providing series to "individuals" for those immigration meetings and we can provide records of the payments and regardless the length of their appointments we have never received this type of treatment or threats.  We already paid the interpreter a minimum of 2.5 hours for her services as this is the standard for this type of assignments, the company is only responsible for providing the professional services on time but we cannot control the duration of the meetings with the immigration officers.Even though [redacted] has agreed with the payment and charges we are willing to refund 0.5 hours ($40.00) and we will waive the fees our financial institutions charges for taking credit card payments.  We would like to ask [redacted] to refrain from calling the company and/or stop any type of comments about the company. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments,Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:She tried to intimidate me with the INS (Immigration office) and for me that is not acceptable.  I raised my voice but never used bad words.  If they refund me $100.00 (1/2 payment)  I forget the incident.
