Email request was sent to Mile High on 9/29/Although they did not respond to the request they stopped all contact at that timeIf they did not receive the request as stated then they essentially have been in non performance of a contractI'll consider the matter closed when I have their signed termination of contract

We just received this complaint as it was originally sent to the wrong Mile High Real EstateAt all times Mile High Real Estate kept [redacted] up to date with all the information we had at the time and [redacted] was notified as soon as the termination was presented to usI have no knowledge of her asking to be removed from her buyer's agency agreementShe did tell us that she was not looking to buy at this timeWhile we do not agree with the items that [redacted] has brought up we will agree to an early release of her buyer's agency agreement
